This week we talk about how to buy a used car.This is a real important information for those people who first come to Australia and intent to buy a used car .For me,it is real useful.
Where can I buy a used car?You can buy it from dealer or private sale or through the auction or Internet.If you decide want to the car,here are some things you should do:
1,Negotiate the price.Because we want the less pay and sellers want the more .
2,Sign a conditional document.You have to see this car has the good or very good or excellent conditional document.
3,Pay a small deposit.
4,Get a mechanic check.In NSW it is the NRMA.The checks usually cost between $200 and$300 dollars.
5,Check the car ownership with REVS.YOU will need to give the REVS office the car registration number,the chassis or VIN number and the engine number.
6,Ask to see the Registration Certificate of this car and seller's ID.Check the name of the seller's is the same as the owner's.
7,Check the chassis or VIN number and the engine number are same as those on the Registration Certificate.
8,Check if the car has the recent(at least 28 days) Roadworthy Certificate.This means if you can drive the car legally.
Finish as above what I mentioned,you should pay attention next step: What should I sup to pay ?There are 4 points: stamp duty ,transfer, registration ,insurance and safety certificate or noteworthiness certificate.The percentage of the stamp duty is different in different pars of Australia,it can be between 2.5 and 6 percent.The transfer fee is as low as $20 dollars..a car has to be registered every year.This can cost $160 between $450 depending how old the car is and which State you are in.All cars must have compulsory third party insurance,it generally between $200 and $450.Every time a car is bought or sold ,it must be checked by a certified mechanic to make sure that it is safe to drive on the roads and meets the minimum safety standards.If the car in a good condition,the cost may be $100 or more,but if there is something wrong with the car,the car must be fixed before the certificate can be given.
There are so many information for buying a used car,so we have to learn more carefully.Because it is quite different from my country.

Hi,guys
It was an exciting Wednesday ,wasn't it?I thing everyone felt happy yesterday especially with all that delicious food!
Lots of companies joined this Expo,we donated money for the paraolympic and we learned some new ideas of healthy living.
We met many people from dental services,TAFE Nursing Servics,sexual health servics and health care medicines serves.As a whole,you could get more information from every
display counter,and I measured my blood pressure.They told me I have got a healthy blood pressure.
The most interesting was we served food that were made by ourselves for the people.I was freaked out that our classmates were the talented chefs.They were awesome!Amy made the traditional Japanese food,Sushi.Sophie made Chinese Fried Rice.Tina made Pancakes andGhasaq made Pasta.I was embarrassed ,because I didn't make any food,I had no idea what to cook.I wanted to cook fried rice,but someone had already taken it, I will think about how to cook more dishes!
Finally,It was time for the draw!Nancy won the prize in this Expo.That was the second time she won.She was so lucky,maybe her baby brought the lucky to her!

In our opinion,the women do the most beautiful job which is every girl's dream and that is fashion model!we also think they are very skinny.Recently,however,Spain's top annual fashion show rejected five models too thin to appear this year's event.There was a rule in the earlier decision to bar extremely thin women from the catwalk.
The reason was during a show in South America last month,there was a 22 years old Uruauayan model Luisel Ramos died of a heart failure after stepping off the a stage.She had reported consumed nothing but leaves and diet soda for 3 weeks to keep her body weight for this career.
The concern triggered the Spanish ban,that needs every models have a BMI above 18 to allow in fashion shows.These models must take part in this show need an examination which was the body mass index(BMI).It calculated by dividing a person's weight in kilograms by their height in squared.The average runway model is estimated to be 5 feet 9inches tall and to weigh in at 110Ids.the resulting in a BMI of just 16.It is below the normal BMI.The against from some of the world's top models,they disagreed this ban.They complained that this ban against those who were naturally thin.Although there was a eating disorder among models have never been a secret,these girls thought the body belonged themselves,people should not interfere and be happy if they have a full or skinny figure.It is a private thing.However,some professional doctors just believed this ban was such an excellent idea, that first lead community toward the health attitude and the right weight figure conception.
Every time,when you turn on the TV,most advertising are told audience how to lose your weight,how to control your body,how to make you look like a supermodel.I don't like it ,because healthy weight and live that is our goal,we don't want a skinny body with a gaunt,emaciated and wan face,that makes you sickly and a poor health.So,I absolutely agree this ban for the fashion shows.Fashion,do not just mean clothes,beautiful dresses,and it means new conception as well.For the modern society,people need healthy live and positive act.As a fashion industry,it should bring people this positive information as well,that include model should not extremely skinny,it is a good news for all of model,they could not so worry about their weight and body if it effect their career.It is a good news for community,it help us to build up the right idea of healthy weight and figure!

Take-away Food Dangerous
G'day guys,
Today I will tell you about Take-away food.
What is your favourite take-away food?maybe chips,hamburger,Chinese food?But,do you know is that health for you?
A Japanese study at Hirosaki University shows that our eyes can be damaged by monosodium glutamate(MSG).It is the common ingredient in food,it is used to enhance the flavour of food.It is often used in Chinese take-away food.Scientist took a experiment of MSG.
There are three groups were fed by different diets in six months.A group with high dietary MSG suffered a high percentage of eye damage.The middle suffered some eye damage and the group no dietary MSG had no eye damage.
For most people include me,we think perhaps Chinese take-away food is more healthy than others.But now,maybe we should change our mind of take-away food,whatever it is Chinese,chips,or something else.
If you want healthy life,you should get rid of take-away food .Do not be lazy,mates!

What are we going to do?I thing we can do the small thing around us.Don not let the switch stand by.Up till last month,I always left the switch stand by,but I found that wasn't safe way and wasted power,so I decide to change this custom.Now,every night,I turn off the TV and computer's power.
It is easy to us to do it and useful for the environment.

Today,we talk about the oldest building in Sydney.Cadman's Cottage was a head office of the Foundation for National Park & Wildlife serves once. Now it is the Sydney Harbour National Park Information Centre.
It was built in 1816.It provided the basic service for the supervision of government boats.Cadman's Cottage is named after the third and longest serving government coxswain John Cadman,who retired in1845.In the following 3 years Cadman's Cottage became the office of water police.It was used for the government in following the decades to do some service.

On 21 March Wednesday ,it is Harmony Day which began in 1999, occurs on 21 March each year and celebrates Australia's success as a diverse society united by a common set of values.
On that day ,we will create a map of our student come from the country,and put everyone's photos in it.There countries have different colour ,every country has the short description and history as well.This is a wonderful and exciting celebration!

When I saw these photos from Rosa's blog,my first impression was it could be Ethiopia,because I saw one photo was a woman she lifted the pot within vegetable on her head,but I am not quite sure .There people have the black skin ,so they came from Africa,this must be true.
I saw the beautiful young guys sitting on the beach.so it maybe South Africa,because Ethiopia
is drought country and the economics drop behind.There is another photo is a child with 2 dolphins in swimming pool.Some of there photos are the architecture of the country.From the pictures , I can feel the people lived this country they are very happy,enjoyable,and peace.

G'day,Marion.
I heard the news of QM2 yesterday from TV,also she caused the traffic jam on Harbour as well.
There are some information about the QM2.The project QM was announced on June 8th ,1998. On late 1999 ,the project will build the largest ship that never be built in the world. Although she was build in France,the new ship would fly the British flag with her home port Southampton,England.
The QM2 is 151,400tons,345 metres long,72metres tall and 41 metres wild ,both of them are the biggest size in the world. 2,620 passengers can sail on her and 1,253 crew are on board.
The MQ2 arrived Sydney at approximate 6:30am at Feb 20th ,2007 and sailed from 11pm.It was the 75th anniversary of Sydney's bridge,so it was real magnificent.Unfortunately,I didn't go to there. The big ship's next destination is Hong Kong.
QM2 is a beautiful amazing ship, of course, her cost was excellent as well.
